Semi-Automatic Big Bag Filling Machine
The Semi-Automatic Big Bag Filling Machine is equipment used for packaging tubers—such as potatoes and onions—for retail sale. It is utilized during the process of preparing produce for the customer.
It is capable of automatically filling bags to a target weight without damaging the product.
The machine features two separate conveyor belts: one 30 cm wide and the other 7.5 cm wide.
The 30 cm belt stops automatically once 95% of the target weight has been filled; the remaining 5% is then filled via the 7.5 cm belt, which stops once the target weight is reached, controlled by weighing sensors.
